Masters of Rugby League Code of Conduct

Team captains are responsible for the conduct of all players under their control in any game of Masters Rugby League

Games are controlled by the referees according to the international rules of the game of rugby league, including any special additions or exemptions as noted in the rules of Masters of Rugby League

Teams are required to play in official club colours and associated gear such as shorts, socks and footwear. Track pants, board shorts, hats or sunglasses are not part of the official playing gear for Masters of Rugby League

Any Player / Official / Administrator or Person Associated with the Masters of Rugby League, is guilty of misconduct if he / she:

Brings the game of Masters Rugby League into disrepute, or behaves in anyway contrary to the true spirit of Masters Rugby League

Uses any foul or dangerous play against any opponent that are part of the international rules of rugby league listed in section 11 of the rule book

Uses foul or obscene language to an opponent, referee, or any person within the Masters of Rugby League organisation

Smokes or ingests any illegal substance whilst in the confines of an area being used for a game of Masters Rugby League. The confines to include all playing areas, car parks, cars, buildings and grounds

Is found in possession of any illegal substance; will be automatically ejected from the grounds; and will be subject to a disciplinary meeting of the Masters of Rugby League committee
The decision arrived at by the Masters of Rugby League committee for any misconduct will be final.
